Mathieu is an international lawyer qualified in France, England, Dubai and Russia. He specializes in corporate and commercial law, joint ventures, M&A, restructuring, compliance, international sanctions and alternative dispute resolution.
Mathieu’s positive outlook and forward-thinking approach enabled the establishment of a successful practice in Dubai, attracting a strong network of clients, partners, and long-term business relationships. His commitment to excellence, innovative strategies and leveraged technologies have positioned him as a trusted advisor in the ever-evolving legal landscape of the region.
He is also a keen ballet and classical music lover. Together with his wife Elena, he is the co-founder of Baldaquin Culture, a cultural accelerator and production company.
